That kitchen is horrible. Way too small and no cupboard space. I couldn’t cook in that kitchen at all.

What’s upstairs?

Pretty nice. The pool will have to be fenced for insurance purposes, with an alarm to protect kids, and l don't think l'd want a kid's room to have access to an upper deck. And wood, ash, soot on the white tile under the woodstove? Nope.Too hard to keep clean.

I like the house plan but I’d make it all bigger. Bigger rooms with bigger closets/storage. Bigger kitchen with more cabinets. The only thing, other than increasing the square footage of each room, that I’d change is the way the front door opens so closely to the stairs. A bigger foyer is needed. But I love the design of the house with all the wood and stone.

Although I love the design there isn’t enough storage/closet space.

This is the perfect tiny house, 2 & 1/2 baths, laundry room, 3 bedrooms. Everything a girl (or guy) could want. I would later install a screened in back porch and a garage. Otherwise, perfect.

Very beautiful! I just wish the space where the sofa was at was long enough for me to lay down and watch TV. I suppose I could move the couch to a different location

Great floor plan!

All or nothing metal roof, no ugly bump out outside bedroom one window. All of it is too busy. And, l think people can find the pantry without the big sign on the door. Otherwise, very nicely done.

Fabulous! 3 suggestions: swap the fridge and pantry. The white bump out needs to also be wood. Floor to ceiling bookcases around the fireplace, including where the useless plant is. Unless it's fake, it's going to croak there, anyway.

Although this seems to be a bit small and cramped, this is a BEAUTIFUL house. Extra points for an attached garage. I would love to see this on a larger footprint so the rooms would be somewhat larger. Not a big fan of a tv above a fireplace or having to lug laundry up and down stairs. With a larger footprint there might be room to put the laundry room upstairs with the bedrooms. Major kudos for the change of music in your videos!!!! Who is this?

There seems to be a place to put in stairs to the basement. Hooray! I would delete the fireplace and put the TV an an appropriate viewing height. The kitchen lacks enough upper cabinets and there's no pantry. With a few alterations this could be a good plan.

This is another kitchen that has an enclosed space for the refrigerator. Most US families have side by side refrigerator/freezers. They will not fit in that small space! The door would need to be moved over for extra space. With a walk in shower, there's no need for a shower in the bath tub with no way to keep water off the wall and floor, and there is no drain in the shower!! I have a Jacuzzi with two steps up, and let me tell you...those are more dangerous than I ever thought they would be for slipping getting out!! I personally prefer the upstairs for a master bedroom suite, but the tub would go and would be replaced with a full size walk in shower. Some how, a walk in closet is needed more than a couch!! Also, can the windows be enlarged and can an attached garage be added? Thank you for posting. I'm definitely learning!

Very nice, but had to mute because of the annoying tapping sound. Just ideas: bookcases on either side of the fireplace. What's with the mirror? Darker wood in the kitchen, intead of the glaring white, and where's the living room tv?

A butterfly chair in the living room?? No one past 12 wants to sit in those things. A pin up lamp above the other end of the sofa would be nice if someone wants to read. And l think people can find the pantry without the sign. Otherwise, very nice!

I’ve decided that most of the people who design these houses don’t realize that there are bugs outside that can get in the house, you track in dirt, etc and we all need cleaning equipment. And a tall person with long legs would probably hit the cabinet when sitting on the toilet.

Why are the bathrooms so small? You need more room to take a comfortable shit.

This is probably my favorite design yet! Beautiful, relaxed, and spacious.

Love the cabin! It may have just become my new dream. The rustic craftsman style - swoon! The interplay of indoor and outdoor spaces - lovely! The video itself is very well done, with good pacing, and the music selection is absolutely perfect! There is one big change that is very much needed - the living room really needs to be larger. My thought is to shrink the porch and expand the living room, by moving the fireplace wall outward. (Were you thinking that it would be cool to have indoor and outdoor living areas equally sized? I get it, but because the indoor living room is serving as circulation for the whole house and that takes up its space, it has very little space left for seating. The indoor living room thus needs that extra gross area if you want the indoor and outdoor seating areas to be equivalent.) There are some other, more minor changes I'd make, such as a having table instead of the lower level of the kitchen penninsula. Overall, though, this house is a favorite now!

I absolutely love the wraparound porch. I do not like all the dark wood inside and out. The kitchen needs a pantry! There's too many windows in every room which is unsafe. I do not care for exit doors being in the bedrooms.I don't understand the shower head being over the tub in the master Bedroom doesn't make much sense.
